A video guestbook is a modern version of the traditional printed guestbook. Your guests can leave you their heartfelt messages and wishes to you in the form of a video which makes it more fun and interactive. Guest may do it solo or in groups for lots of fun and laughs. Easy to share. Hard to lose. Get a link to watch and share, additionally it will all be put together into a compilation for you on your hard drive and also as a digital download.

A video guestbook is not the same as a photo booth.

We are in the early adoption stages or phase 1 we would say. A video guestbook is different from a photo booth and is extremely rare, or does not even exist, from what we know. Therefore there are no video booth platforms similar to a photo booth that we can build off on. Our plans are to hopefully fully intergrate the video capabilities with the sharing and UI system capabilities of a photo booth system one day.

As described in the question above, we are in the early stages. Along the way we hope to modernize and turn this into official clean looking booth. (please read below this faq section to see our current plan and vision for upgrading or video booth).

Currently the setup is simple. A back drop, camera on a tripod, and one or two lights and a monitor so you can see yourself. Walla, its kind of like your doing an interview in front of a camera. One day we will retrofit this setup into a box to hide most or all of the visible scary stuff.

It’s very easy! For you, the client, whether if its a wedding or an event we make it easy for you. You dont need to do anything except make sure we have a space to set up. We set it up and when its time to start our attendant will tend to the booth and make sure everyone gets to leave you a message!

As a guest or user, all you have to do is get in the frame of the camera then start talking when we hit record and give you the go!

We will edit and upload the clips online and send you a link to view and download! The other method of sharing involves us curating a special personalized website dedicated to you. Additionally, the whole thing will be given to you along with the rest in a physical copy if you had booked us for video.

These video messages can make for a great addition to your film. If you booked video through us, we will include it at no charge. However, if you booked a different videographer, we have to collect a raw footage & a permission fee. This gives you, and the other videographer or editor, the permission to use our footage in their work. You have the option to pay per clip, or purchase the whole footage. The recorded video messages are intended to just you! Currently, we are not capable, and will not send each guest a copy of their clip. However, if the guest requests to view the final product, you may choose to share with the participants or all guests the link. All video messages will be uploaded to one page. This means there will be some privacy issues because anyone will be able to view each others video messages. We are not responsible for any drama!

Creative Culture Media will also not share the links to anyone except you. It will be up to you to decide if you would like to share the video messages. Keep in mind that this was originally meant for just you to view privately for memories.

What do we mean personalized website as a delivery method? We create a page just for you where you can go back to watch your video messages. Share your unique page with family and friends!
